We are visual communicators and conceptual cooperators. We are motivated by change and driven by our ideals. And we are happy to be able to collaborate with likeminded partners and clients we share our passion with: Arts, culture, design, music, politics and planet earth.

We see you as our partner rather than a client. We see ourselves as collaborators rather than contractors. Openness, transparency and communication are the keys to any successful project. Strategically diving into the analytic core of each project we define the conceptual basis for the aesthetic execution, the visual development.

Since founding Eps51 in 2008 we’ve worked with countless partners and clients ranging from the fields of culture, art and design to commercial enterprises – all of which we share common values with – all of which are openminded and willing to break new ground together with us.

Our works are regularly part of exhibitions and are published in international design books and magazines. We give lectures, hold workshops and teach courses at diverse universities.

Values

Intercultural Initiatives

We foster intercultural exchange through visual communication. We initiate intercultural projects, edit and publish books. Intercultural design bears responsibility. It is inevitable in our globally interconnected moment that we come in touch with other cultures, yet we do not always seem to realise the possibilities that intercultural exchange makes possible. As designers it is our job to learn and understand socio-cultural contexts and visually communicate them – and to make them intelligible for all.

Sustainability

We care about nature. We care about the Earth. Eco-friendly production and sustainability within all aspects of our projects has become a major part of our life as designers and thinkers. Together with our clients and partners we develop sustainable media concepts fostering durability by generating value.
