If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your email address and any other voluntarily provided information exclusively for sending the newsletter.
We use Brevo for the management and distribution of our newsletters. The provider is Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany.
Brevo is a service that enables the organization and analysis of newsletter distribution. The data you enter for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter is stored on Brevo’s servers.
Newsletters sent with Brevo allow us to analyze the behavior of newsletter recipients. For example, it can be analyzed how many recipients opened the newsletter and how often links within the newsletter were clicked. Conversion tracking may also be used to determine whether a predefined action (e.g., signing up on a website) occurs after clicking a link in the newsletter.
Data processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The legality of data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
If you do not want Brevo to analyze your usage of the newsletter, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. A corresponding unsubscribe link is provided in every newsletter.
The data you provide for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from both our servers and Brevo’s servers after you unsubscribe, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Plugins and tools
Vimeo
Our website uses features provided by the Vimeo video portal. This service is provided by Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.
If you visit one of our pages featuring a Vimeo plugin, a connection to the Vimeo servers is established. Here the Vimeo server is informed about which of our pages you have visited. In addition, Vimeo will receive your IP address. This also applies if you are not logged in to Vimeo when you visit our website or do not have a Vimeo account. The information is transmitted to a Vimeo server in the US, where it is stored.

Cloudflare Turnstile
To protect our website from spam and abuse by automated programs (bots), we use the “Turnstile” service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
Turnstile is used to verify whether data entered on our website (e.g., in a form) is provided by a human user or by an automated program. For this purpose, Turnstile analyzes various information, such as the IP address, browser and device information, operating system, referrer URL, and the time spent on the website.
The collected data is transmitted to and processed on Cloudflare servers.
The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in protecting our website from abusive automated activity and spam.
